So I've had this storage since last years and had my payment set for auto pay. Last Friday I received a email regarding to my unit telling me to check on my storage. I stopped by the unit and all of mine/kids belongings were gone. My dad’s ashes goneeee! An ex employee "accidentally" threw our things out. Which I had been buying things and putting them into the storage. Thinking that I was putting our things in a safe and secure place turned out not to be. We lost items again after loosing everything we had in a house fire. They even switched my lock out and put their lock on. No amount of money can get my dad’s ashes/ children pictures etc back. I’m highly disappointed and I won’t recommend ANYONE to do business with them. They don’t even deserve the 1 star I gave them. Customer service maybe good but making sure their customers belongs are secure isn’t good at all. They couldn’t even give me the correct amount that I purchased my items for. On top of I don’t know where my dad is now. Emotional distress is what they gave me
